How We Work

Two chairs, side
by side, every day.

Salon Srimanthini began as one woman’s trade — dressing brides, draping sarees and doing hair for weddings across Kurunegala, learned the old way, by hand and by eye. Her daughter grew up in the salon and chose to continue it, bringing in newer techniques while keeping the same close, personal way of working.

Today they work the same floor, often on the same bride together, so every wedding-day booking gets both a lifetime of experience and a keen, current eye — not a rotation of unfamiliar staff.

Where It Began

A trade learned by hand

Word of mouth from wedding to wedding, homecoming to homecoming, built a name families kept coming back to.

A Daughter Joins
