Salon Srimanthini
Our Story
Salon Srimanthini · KurunegalaHow We Work
Salon Srimanthini began as one woman’s trade — dressing brides, draping sarees and doing hair for weddings across Kurunegala, learned the old way, by hand and by eye. Her daughter grew up in the salon and chose to continue it, bringing in newer techniques while keeping the same close, personal way of working.
Today they work the same floor, often on the same bride together, so every wedding-day booking gets both a lifetime of experience and a keen, current eye — not a rotation of unfamiliar staff.
Along The Way
Where It Began
Bridal dressing and saree draping, practiced and refined long before it became a business with a signboard.
Building Trust
Word of mouth from wedding to wedding, homecoming to homecoming, built a name families kept coming back to.
A Daughter Joins
New techniques, current bridal trends and a second set of trained hands — without losing the personal touch clients expect.
Today
A steady stream of real Kurunegala brides, still dressed personally by the same two hands that started it all.
